Greetings Wondeful Hogg New Tech Community,
please join us in meeting our new principal:

Ms. Toni Molina is a West Dallas native proud to call Dallas ISD home!

As an economically disadvantaged minority, she faced many adversities growing up. However, due to the collective efforts of many Dallas ISD educators acknowledging her potential, Ms. Molina persevered, graduating in the top 10% of her class with honors from Moisés E. Molina High School. Go Jaguars!

After high school, Ms. Molina prioritized focusing on her family while pursuing her dream of becoming a teacher. She worked full-time and attended courses in the evening. Through commitment and dedication, Ms. Molina completed her Associate's in Early Childhood Education from Dallas Community College, then continued her studies at the University of North Texas at Dallas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education Administration.

After teaching for 15 years in a private school, Ms. Molina returned to Dallas ISD in 2016 as a teacher at Gabe P. Allen in West Dallas. With eagerness and passion, she poured into the community that encouraged her as a young scholar. Ms. Molina has been privileged to serve our Dallas community as a 4th-grade RLA teacher, literacy instructional coach, and currently as an assistant principal at Eddie Bernice Johnson in Wilmer, Texas. She has approached every opportunity with the determination to empower teachers and students to embrace their writing talents. Ms. Molina has also been a founding member of EBJ and Winnetka's House System, igniting student culture and agency.

Aside from being a community servant, Ms. Molina enjoys watching her son play college football and exploring various art exhibits with her daughter, an aspiring artist at Jésus Moroles Vanguard Academy.   Dallas ISD has not only altered Ms. Molina's narrative but continues to impact her family's legacy.

As the principal of Hogg New Tech Center,  Ms. Molina seeks to inspire staff, students, and the community to view every day as an opportunity to impact the future of our students and ensure the House of Innovators is ready to lead the charge in 21st-Century technological advancements.
